Friday nights contest between Gateway and Penn Hills proved why you shouldn’t always believe what you read. Several local papers dubbed Penn Hills as the Class AAAA team to beat in the WPIAL. The underdog Gators must not have read those prognostications as they took the Indians to the woodshed. Scout.com predicted a win for the Gators by 12 points and Gateway won by 28.
